Building a Comprehensive
e-Teaching Portfolio
The Teaching Portfolio is best thought of as a documented evidence of a teacher’s journey – collection of documents that tells a story about a teacher, illustrating his/her professional growth and teaching achievements. Most educators are very busy and never really bother to sit down and reflect on what they have done (or have not done) and how they can improve their practices. It's a BIG mistake! As an educator, every single step that you take can make a great difference. What impact have you made? Capture the moment in every step you take. Have a portfolio!
